About the role
- Define, analyze, and troubleshoot both internal and external end-user issues of our applications
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders through ticketing systems (Such as Jira)
- Proactively communicating with members of leadership when potentially critical issues arise
- Utilize reporting tools (Excel, Jira) to track and document escalated issues
Requirements
- Prior professional software, webapp, and/or database troubleshooting & support experience
- Basic proficiency in SQL equivalent to at least 1 year experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through ticketing systems like Jira
