Account Executive

• Sell advertising solutions within your assigned agency group (WPP or Publicis) focusing on designated patch
• Document planning and leverage relationships to build pipeline of opportunities
• Regularly meet and present to key individuals and teams within agency patch
• Create and deliver market-leading proposals and pitches for incoming briefs and proactive pitches
• Develop and nurture excellent agency and client-direct relationships
• Ensure the company is briefed on all relevant campaigns within your agency/client patch
• Accurate forecasting and prospecting to the Global Sales Director and wider team
• Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs as agreed with the Global Sales Director
• Coordinate with Ad Operations and other departments to ensure campaign success
• Provide market insight and collaborate with senior management to drive business success
• Identify key opportunities for commercialization and contribute to strategic planning
• Utilize detailed understanding of SmartFrame capabilities and digital ad market to win and deliver ad campaigns
• Represent the company at industry events
• Foster collaboration between departments

Agency Account Director

• Report to the Global Publishing Director and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across London, New York, Berlin, and Kraków
• Sell SmartFrame's image-streaming technology to publishers via face-to-face presentations, video calls, and emails
• Oversee smooth onboarding of the technology for new publishing partners, working with the tech team
• Use Salesforce and lead generation tools to prospect and manage leads
• Proactively identify new market opportunities and contact prospective clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Develop relationships with existing publishers to maximize revenue potential
• Represent the business at trade shows and other events
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil clients’ needs

Senior Publisher Sales Executive

• Report to the Global Publishing Director and work closely with the Publisher Manager
• Act as project manager for campaign delivery supporting publisher and sales teams
• Serve as first point of contact for publisher and advertiser campaign questions and requests
• Support Advertising Operations Manager in end-to-end management of ad campaigns using tools such as Salesforce, AdButler, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Slack
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate campaign delivery and client requests
• Chase creatives and set up creative testing
• Troubleshoot publisher setup enquiries and technical issues
• Compile and analyze campaign data and present results to internal and external stakeholders
• Support publisher sales team in monitoring publisher adoption of image usage, ad campaign delivery, and performance
• Onboard new publisher sites and manage ongoing success of these accounts
