About the role
- Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies
- Educate potential clients about our products and services and drive sales
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
- Network and establish strong relationships with new clients
- Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team to drive growth for insurance agencies
Requirements
- Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively (rapport building)
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills; handling objections and building relationships over the phone
- Proven negotiation and closing skills; history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment (adaptability)
- Preferred experience: B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance)
- Able to conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily
