About the role

  • Take direct ownership of performance across a mix of channels, flexing between digital, offline, and experimental opportunities.
  • Build playbooks for new channel launches by testing quickly, learning efficiently, and scaling what works.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Research, evaluate, and launch new acquisition channels (Ex. Reddit, TikTok, OOH, etc).
  • Develop playbooks to scale successful tests into repeatable growth drivers.
  • Present business cases and performance forecasts to marketing leadership.
  • Partner with other channel leads to ensure holistic acquisition strategies and coordinated messaging.
  • Collaborate with analytics to build dashboards and regularly report out performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Support integrated campaign planning that spans both online and offline channels.
  • Accurately forecast spend, CAC, and new customer contribution by channel.
  • Reallocate spend dynamically to maximize efficiency and scale.
  • Build and manage structured testing roadmaps for existing and emerging channels.
  • Develop hypotheses, define success metrics, and analyze results to inform future strategy.
  • Share learnings with the broader marketing team to uplevel growth strategy across the board.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, channel management, or acquisition strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with full front to end acquisition channel management and responsibility for channel results.
  • You’re a cat person 🐾. Ideally you have a cat or at least know a lot about cats and cat culture.
  • Proven experience managing agencies or vendor relationships.
  • Comfortable running structured tests, interpreting performance data, and translating results into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, you can juggle multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines with ease.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented but also comfortable zooming out to shape big-picture strategy.
  • Startup-minded: you’re scrappy, proactive, and comfortable working without a playbook.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator; you know how to partner with creatives, analysts, and finance teams.
  • Huge plus: DTC or subscription background.
