About the role
- Vision & strategy: Working with the VP of Design you will develop and articulate innovative creative concepts that align with our brand identity, personality, promise, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the VP of Design & Creative to integrate strategic insights into our creative direction.
- Global adaptation of regional strategies: Adapt regional creative strategies for the Americas region while ensuring brand consistency.
- Leadership & mentorship: Lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to foster an environment of open, collaborative ideation.
- Hands-on creative leadership: Actively engage in the creative process alongside your team, offering both strategic and practical input to ensure top-quality output.
- You will work to create and preserve an open, safe, and inclusive environment for the whole of the design team, and will act as an example of those same behaviors.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to both Senior Designers and Designers, ensuring each project meets our quality standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the creative authority, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business units to understand priorities, build strong partnerships, and ensure creative strategies align with business goals.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
- Quality control & decision-making: Assist in overseeing final creative approvals, balancing innovative ideas with practical execution considerations.
- Empower your team by providing clear boundaries and points of collaboration between roles.
- Design execution: The Creative Lead will also be required to contribute to, and create design deliverables across all media and channels including: social media, web, video, print, event, interiors, packaging, and experience design.
- Oversee the creative direction of regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with Prenuvo’s brand values and strategic goals, with a commitment to creative excellence across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, design, and creative direction on regional and global levels across multiple channels.
- 4+ years of experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with a record of inspiring high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of branding, market trends, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with adherence to strategic objectives.
- Experience directing external vendors, including agencies and freelancers.
- Operational excellence: Ensure the seamless execution of creative assets across web, social media, email, out-of-home (OOH), and digital activations, maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a solid grasp of emerging technologies, including AI enabled solutions and platforms.
- Consumer marketing experience in healthcare, heathTech, medTech a plus
