Client Services Representative

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing an enhanced scan, ensuring a smooth experience from scheduling to follow-up
• Work closely with the sales and clinical teams to coordinate post-scheduling workflows, ensuring patients complete all necessary steps for their scan
• Facilitate home lab draws by coordinating with third-party providers and ensuring results are processed in time for consultations
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of additional reports, including body composition analysis and brain volume quantification
• Monitor and track patient progress throughout the enhanced scan workflow, ensuring any potential delays or issues are addressed proactively
• Manage applications for the Provider Education Program, tracking interested participants and guiding them through the process
• Coordinate physician participants' scans and follow-up consultations to ensure a seamless experience
• Work closely with the physician sales team to ensure timely scheduling and engagement with program participants
• Maintain an up-to-date database of physician education program applicants, tracking milestones and feedback
• Act as a liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams, ensuring seamless coordination of clinical services
• Provide timely updates and support to patients regarding their enhanced scan process, including preparation instructions, lab draws, and follow-ups
• Ensure high levels of patient and physician satisfaction by proactively addressing any concerns, answering questions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and compliance when handling patient and physician information

Client Services Partner – Contract

Clinical Operations

• Review radiology reports daily for accuracy, consistency, and clinical severity across the entire clinic network.
• Collaborate with radiologists to correct report discrepancies before release.
• Release finalized reports to nurse practitioners, physicians, or patients based on exam type, referral source, and clinic-specific workflows.
• Manually assign cases including VIP, emergent, consult, and research studies based on radiologist specialty, licensing, and priority.
• Manage radiologist workloads and monitor turnaround times (TAT).
• Follow up on delayed reports, missing referrals, and cases requiring special clearance (e.g., implants, claustrophobia).
• Provide feedback to radiologists on quality issues and assist in peer review and enterprise QA initiatives.
• Serve as a communication bridge between radiologists, technologists, and internal teams on image quality issues, missing images, follow up questions from patients or physicians, requests to speak to the radiologist from physicians.
• Follow up with patients to collect additional clinical history as needed.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for an effective workflow and patient focused care.
• Collect and organize patient data for internal initiatives and marketing campaigns based on exam findings and severity.
• Assist with specialized studies to ensure proper routing, report availability, and system updates.
• Maintain and monitor Jira tickets for case tracking, workflow updates, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with the VP of Design & Creative to integrate strategic insights into our creative direction.
• Global adaptation of regional strategies: Adapt regional creative strategies for the Americas region while ensuring brand consistency.
• Leadership & mentorship: Lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to foster an environment of open, collaborative ideation.
• Hands-on creative leadership: Actively engage in the creative process alongside your team, offering both strategic and practical input to ensure top-quality output.
• You will work to create and preserve an open, safe, and inclusive environment for the whole of the design team, and will act as an example of those same behaviors.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to both Senior Designers and Designers, ensuring each project meets our quality standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the creative authority, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business units to understand priorities, build strong partnerships, and ensure creative strategies align with business goals.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
• Quality control & decision-making: Assist in overseeing final creative approvals, balancing innovative ideas with practical execution considerations.
• Empower your team by providing clear boundaries and points of collaboration between roles.
• Design execution: The Creative Lead will also be required to contribute to, and create design deliverables across all media and channels including: social media, web, video, print, event, interiors, packaging, and experience design.
• Oversee the creative direction of regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with Prenuvo’s brand values and strategic goals, with a commitment to creative excellence across all touchpoints.
