About the role

  • Be the face of Slice in a local territory, acquiring new pizzerias and expanding existing partnerships
  • Help shops maximize benefits of Slice’s Family Membership (Slice Register POS, online ordering, phone ordering, discounted pizza boxes)
  • Meet shop owners in-person across the territory and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Full-cycle outside sales: prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and account expansion
  • Travel locally across assigned territory as primary work activity
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and team; participate in assessments and presentations during hiring process

Requirements

  • Must be located within the specified territory (Santa Barbara or Santa Clarita) to be eligible
  • Must specify which territory you would like to be considered for when applying
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Excitement for local travel; majority of time spent traveling around territory to meet shop owners in-person
  • Full-cycle outside sales responsibilities (prospecting, acquisition, relationship expansion)
  • Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
  • Coachable, performance-obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity and startup intensity
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
