About the role
- Be the face of Slice in a local territory, acquiring new pizzerias and expanding existing partnerships
- Help shops maximize benefits of Slice’s Family Membership (Slice Register POS, online ordering, phone ordering, discounted pizza boxes)
- Meet shop owners in-person across the territory and tailor solutions to their needs
- Full-cycle outside sales: prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and account expansion
- Travel locally across assigned territory as primary work activity
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and team; participate in assessments and presentations during hiring process
Requirements
- Must be located within the specified territory (Santa Barbara or Santa Clarita) to be eligible
- Must specify which territory you would like to be considered for when applying
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Excitement for local travel; majority of time spent traveling around territory to meet shop owners in-person
- Full-cycle outside sales responsibilities (prospecting, acquisition, relationship expansion)
- Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
- Coachable, performance-obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity and startup intensity
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
