Own top-of-funnel prospecting: identify and engage high-potential accounts via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling
Command the initial outreach and engage prospects to uncover grantmaking and community needs
Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets
Track and manage all outbound activities and prospect interactions within HubSpot
Support early-stage client meetings to qualify prospects and attend online and in-person events
Report to Head of Marketing and Communications as an individual contributor role
Requirements
Progressive experience (likely 4-6+ years) of full-time work experience supporting teams in areas such as business development, fundraising, or strategy/management consulting
A true self-starter with an unwavering, results-driven mindset
Experience in an external-facing role, with comfort initiating conversations and driving engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
