Product Manager

• Own end-to-end product strategy and delivery for a core area of Catchafire’s marketplace platform
• Shape and scale the platform connecting pro bono professionals with organizations
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis
• Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and inform roadmaps, backlogs, documentation, user stories, flows, specifications, and test plans
• Partner with design and technology leads, participate in running agile sprints, and deliver on timelines
• Track feature performance against benchmarks and business goals using analytics
• Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning to improve the product and team workflows
• Introduce AI tools and workflows and build team fluency through shared practices
• Shape AI capability within the broader platform roadmap
• Translate technical tradeoffs into business terms and partner strategically with engineering and leadership

• Own the team's renewal ARR targets and NDR goals and be accountable for outcomes, not just activity.
• Define, track, and improve goals across the portfolio: NDR, expansion ARR, and renewal rate.
• Present compelling renewal performance data, customer insights, and strategic recommendations to the ELT and Board with clarity and confidence.
• Establish clear individual quotas for CSMs and run rigorous pipeline reviews, coaching to close gaps and reinforce high-performance behaviors.
• Identify at-risk accounts early; lead and support intervention strategies before risk becomes churn.
• Identify and activate expansion pathways beyond renewals, including partner referrals, case studies, peer convenings, and thought leadership visibility.
• Build a disciplined account planning process that drives long-term strategy for each client relationship, not just quarter-to-quarter renewal management.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to organizational planning, innovation, and partner impact strategy.
• Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to gain deeper client insights, predict needs, and personalize interactions at scale.
• Represent Catchafire at industry conferences, webinars, and events to strengthen customer relationships, expand our partner network, and help identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.

• Own top-of-funnel outreach end-to-end.
• Proactively identify and engage high-potential accounts through personalized email sequences and targeted LinkedIn outreach.
• Leverage ecosystem relationships, partner referrals, and development opportunities to supplement outbound prospecting.
• Build a balanced, qualified pipeline of target prospects, foundations, corporate philanthropy programs, and family foundations.
• Use modern sales and data tooling (e.g., Hubspot, CauseIQ, AI workflows) to creatively source, research, and build an outbound pipeline.
• Maintain meticulous records of all outbound activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline status in HubSpot.
• Consistently hit and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
