About the role
- Research, secure, and coordinate a minimum of two in-person events per week (expos, festivals, retail pop-ups)
- Negotiate booth space and placement for maximum visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and vendors
- Manage all event logistics including setup, displays, promotional items, and staffing
- Monitor budgets, negotiate costs, and track event ROI
- Report key performance metrics like leads generated and cost per lead
- Boost retail presence and generate qualified leads across the Dallas market
- In-office work combined with local travel for events
Requirements
- 2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or retail lead generation (home services experience a plus)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills across multiple markets
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resourceful
- Ability to travel for events as needed
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing performance tracking is a plus
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work weekends as required
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Must be willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Authorization to work in the United States (application asks)
