About the role
- Serve as the face of Slice in assigned New Jersey territory, acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships
- Help shop owners maximize benefits of Slice’s Family Membership (Slice Register, online ordering, phone ordering, discounted pizza boxes)
- Meet owners where they are, identify needs, and introduce appropriate solutions
- Full-cycle outside sales role with majority of time spent traveling in-person within territory
- Responsible for one territory (Central NJ or Northern NJ + Staten Island) and must be located within that area
Requirements
- Must be located within the specified geographical territory (Central NJ or Northern NJ + Staten Island) and specify which territory when applying
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle and excitement for local travel
- Majority of time spent traveling around territory to meet with shop owners in-person
- Full-cycle outside sales responsibilities (acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships)
- Obsessed with performance, coachable, curious about improvement, comfortable with ambiguity and start-up intensity
- Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
- No specific sales, pizza or technology experience required; company trains on the rest
