About the role

  • Entry-level client-facing Sales Development Representative role in Traba's NYC office
  • Research and identify potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Engage prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media to introduce Traba’s solutions
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with sales team to schedule meetings or presentations
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and refine lead generation strategies
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Opportunity to promote into leadership or move cross-functionally over time

Requirements

  • New grad up to 2 years of experience
  • Enthusiastic and excited about start-ups
  • Willingness to spend at least a year in sales
  • Entrepreneurial with a bias towards action and ownership mentality
  • Ambitious and driven to exceed goals
  • Gritty — willingness to roll up sleeves and persevere
  • Relationship-builder with ability to develop long term partnerships
  • Comfortable doing client-facing sales work
  • Experience with cold calling (asked in application)
  • Willing/able to be in NYC and work on-site 5 days a week
