About the role
- Entry-level client-facing Sales Development Representative role in Traba's NYC office
- Research and identify potential clients and understand their business needs
- Engage prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media to introduce Traba’s solutions
- Qualify leads and coordinate with sales team to schedule meetings or presentations
- Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and refine lead generation strategies
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Opportunity to promote into leadership or move cross-functionally over time
Requirements
- New grad up to 2 years of experience
- Enthusiastic and excited about start-ups
- Willingness to spend at least a year in sales
- Entrepreneurial with a bias towards action and ownership mentality
- Ambitious and driven to exceed goals
- Gritty — willingness to roll up sleeves and persevere
- Relationship-builder with ability to develop long term partnerships
- Comfortable doing client-facing sales work
- Experience with cold calling (asked in application)
- Willing/able to be in NYC and work on-site 5 days a week
