Operator

• Build strong relationships with workers across the market — owning the experience from recruiting through placement and providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to drive worker pipeline and brand presence in the market.
• Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end, including running large group onboarding sessions when volume calls for it.
• Manage the full worker funnel — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
• Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across customer sites, ensuring workers are matched to the right opportunities at the right time.
• Distribute and manage PPE, and provide on-site presence at customer facilities as needed to support new starts, escalations, or peak coverage.
• Maintain consistent, proactive feedback loops with Traba HQ — flagging market trends, funnel issues, or coverage risks early.
