• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial roles all while using AI feedback
• Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs.
• Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions
• Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage. Maintain a positive and persistent approach.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team.
• Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail.
• Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where quick decision-making and adaptability are crucial.
• Take ownership of outcomes and adjust quickly when results fall short
