About the role
- Act as Slice's face in the local area, acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners
- Drive adoption of Slice’s Family Membership, including Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes
- Full-cycle outside sales: prospecting, presenting tailored solutions, closing deals, and account management
- Travel extensively within assigned Southern California territory to meet shop owners in-person
- Identify shop owners’ most pressing needs and introduce appropriate solutions to drive shop profitability and growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership and participate in hiring/process deliverables as required
Requirements
- Must be located within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and specify desired territory when applying
- Full-cycle outside sales role; majority of time spent traveling around territory to meet shop owners in-person
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Passion for pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills; ability to identify shop needs and introduce solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change and intensity of a start-up
- Open to candidates with varied backgrounds; company provides training
