About the role

  • Act as Slice's face in the local area, acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners
  • Drive adoption of Slice’s Family Membership, including Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes
  • Full-cycle outside sales: prospecting, presenting tailored solutions, closing deals, and account management
  • Travel extensively within assigned Southern California territory to meet shop owners in-person
  • Identify shop owners’ most pressing needs and introduce appropriate solutions to drive shop profitability and growth
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and participate in hiring/process deliverables as required

Requirements

  • Must be located within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and specify desired territory when applying
  • Full-cycle outside sales role; majority of time spent traveling around territory to meet shop owners in-person
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Passion for pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
  • Strong relationship-building and sales skills; ability to identify shop needs and introduce solutions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change and intensity of a start-up
  • Open to candidates with varied backgrounds; company provides training
