Head of Sales & Partnerships

Controller

• Ensure key schedules are maintained in a clear, accessible, well presented format (3BD after month end)
• Ensure general ledger is accurate (3BD after month end)
• Issue the complete management reporting package (5BD after month end)
• Provide a detailed variance analysis report comparing actual performance against budget and prior periods, with explanations for all variances exceeding 10% (6BD after month end)
• Sign-off on all balance sheet account reconciliations (8BD after month end)
• Design and maintain robust consolidation systems and processes (intercompany agreements, transfer pricing policies)
• Manage financial statements in multiple currencies and ensure accurate translation into group currency; provide insights on the impact of foreign exchange fluctuations on financial performance
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Assess current financial system for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and implement best practices for financial reporting within the system

Financial Controller

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare a consolidated monthly cash position report across all four entity bank accounts (SG, HK, AU, UK) and ensure the maintenance of minimum required operating balances
• Execute and review 100% of all bank reconciliations for all operating and savings accounts, ensuring all reconciling items are cleared within 3 business days
• Strictly enforce cash disbursement controls (e.g., bank signatory matrix, payment limits) and process all approved payments accurately
• Track and monitor foreign currency cash balances and execute FX spot trades for intercompany funding or vendor payments as directed by the Financial Controller/CFO
• Prepare, review, and coordinate the submission of all Corporate Tax returns
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly indirect tax returns (GST in SG/AU, VAT in UK), ensuring accurate calculation of input/output tax
• Manage tax provisioning in the General Ledger (current and deferred tax) and act as the primary liaison for all tax authority inquiries (IRAS, HKIRD, ATO, HMRC)
• Ensure local financial statements for each entity comply with their respective local accounting standards (e.g., SFRS(I)s in SG, IFRS in HK/AU/UK), including proper documentation for any local adjustments
• Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process (in-house or outsourced), ensuring accurate calculation of gross-to-net pay, including base salary, bonuses, commissions, and allowable deductions
• Ensure timely and accurate remittance of all required employee and employer contributions to local authorities (e.g., CPF in SG, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) in HK, Superannuation in AU, National Insurance (NI) in UK)
• Coordinate and ensure timely submission of all required employee tax documentation and annual returns to the respective tax bodies (e.g., IRAS in SG, HKIRD in HK, ATO in AU, HMRC in UK)
• Develop and maintain a consolidated, multi-jurisdictional audit timeline with the Big 4 firm, clearly outlining fieldwork dates, key milestones, and review meetings for each entity
• Ensure 100% of all requested audit schedules and supporting documentation (Prepared-by-Client or PBC lists) are provided to the auditor by the agreed-upon deadlines
• Act as the central point of contact for all audit queries, ensuring that 80% of all financial and accounting queries are addressed and resolved internally within 48 hours of receipt
• Review and reconcile the draft audited financial statements for all entities against the internal General Ledger to prevent any unexpected adjustments
• Oversee the finalization and approval of the audited financial statements and management letters for all entities

Senior Finance Operations Manager

Compliance

• To champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness across Sleek, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards globally while driving continuous improvement in our technology and processes.
• Know Your Customer: Individual KYC exceptions must be reviewed, identification/verification completed, and documented within 5 minutes (on average). Corporate shareholder KYC reviews must be completed and documented within 15 minutes (on average).
• Client Risk Assessment: Approve (low and Medium) and propose conclusion for high risk client to Head of Compliance within 50 minutes (on average).
• Screening/Monitoring Alerts: Name screening alerts must be reviewed and either disposed of or escalated as true hits within 1 business day. Transaction monitoring alerts must be reviewed within 1 business day to determine false positives or escalation for investigation.
• Process / technology improvement: Review key Compliance policies and processes (including compliance tools) each quarter to suggest improvements to the Head of Compliance.

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Xero and reconciled regularly, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate.

• As a Data & Analytics Intern at Sleek, you will support the Global Revenue Analytics team under the Revenue organisation.
• Your mission is to turn data into actionable insights that improve revenue growth, sales effectiveness, marketing efficiency, technical optimization and customer quality across Sleek’s core markets.
• Optimise and redesign 2 legacy Tableau dashboards. Analyse Sales and Marketing data to identify data quality issues, metric gaps, and usability improvements in existing dashboards, covering business health and funnel performance, Sales representative performance and productivity, Marketing adoption and campaign KPIs, Customer behaviour and touchpoint analysis.
• Build 1 propensity model to identify high-quality leads for Sales prioritisation, or score visitors or prospects for targeted Marketing efforts.
• Provide 2 actionable insights on ROAS and customer value, influencing Sales or Marketing targeting decisions: Identifying characteristics of high-value customers and analysing acquisition channels and campaigns that drive long-term value.
