Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and execute monthly balance sheet reconciliation processes to be delivered in a clear, accessible, and standardized format
• Execute and drive month-end closing processes and schedule
• Review general ledger and ensure entries are recorded in a timely, accurate and complete manner for the month-end closing (3BD after month end)
• Maintain Chart of Accounts (COA) and ensure strict application of COA definitions in transactional accounting
• Prepare multi-jurisdictional entity consolidated P&L and balance sheet
• Oversee daily transactional accounting processes and reconciliations across the jurisdictions to ensure adherence to accounting and internal controls framework and ensure open items are resolved in a timely manner
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare GST/VAT reconciliations and filings in compliance with the respective jurisdictions (SG and AU)
• Support management reporting
• Implement new accounting requirements arising from new accounting standards or business requirements
• Prepare local financial statements and audit requirements
• Continuously review accounting processes and propose steps to strengthen financial controls in collaboration with IT and business
• Continuously identify and implement automation or streamline processes through utilization of IT tool

• Accelerate Sleek’s market share in Australia by hunting, negotiating, and closing high-impact strategic partnerships.
• Build, manage, and aggressively convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners across Fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems to drive net-new customer acquisition.
• Source and sign strategic partners capable of delivering a minimum of 15 new customers/month within the first 3 months, scaling rapidly to 60+ new customers/month by month 12.
