About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accelerate Sleek’s market share in Australia by hunting, negotiating, and closing high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Build, manage, and aggressively convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners across Fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems to drive net-new customer acquisition.
- Source and sign strategic partners capable of delivering a minimum of 15 new customers/month within the first 3 months, scaling rapidly to 60+ new customers/month by month 12.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute commercially viable partnership agreements that maximize Sleek’s revenue contribution and market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to quickly activate newly signed partners, ensuring immediate velocity, performance tracking, and ROI on new alliances.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hunter-profile experience in SMB business development, corporate sales, or outbound partnerships within a fast-paced Fintech, SaaS, or tech startup environment.
- Proven track record of quota carrying or consistently hitting aggressive targets for net-new partner acquisition and revenue generation.
- Deep acquisition-based experience unlocking SMB or mid-market customer segments through channels, alliances, and indirect distribution models.
- An active, established rolodex of contacts across Australia’s SME hubs, accelerators, local Fintech circles, and eCommerce networks to leverage on Day 1.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to pitch complex value propositions, handle objections, and close deals autonomously. A pre-existing network extending across the wider ANZ region is highly preferred.
