Lead and oversee all financial operations in the North America operations including its subsidiaries
Ensure full tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across federal and state jurisdictions
Maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies and procedures aligned with US GAAP and IFRS
Provide financial insights and business case analysis to support strategic decisions, cost controls, CAPEX planning and business development initiatives
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, accountants and legal advisors
Lead the consolidation of US legal entities
Manage treasury functions, including daily cash operations and forecasting
Oversee legal and administrative responsibilities such as HR, labor and commercial contracts, leases and insurance
Drive timely and accurate financial planning, budgeting, reporting and fast-close monthly processes
Maintain strong business partnerships, driving strategic execution and project delivery
Partner with IT to ensure systems and tools (ERP, reporting platforms) are optimized for finance operations
Report to the parent company and collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
Lead optimization, automation and streamlining of financial and production processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
Master’s degree is an advantage
7+ years of leadership experience
Experience with audits, including tax audits
Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on and proactive mindset
Analytical and detail-oriented, combined with strategic capabilities
International finance experience
Advanced user of ERP systems (D365FO) and Microsoft Office
Ideally experience within manufacturing or energy sectors
