Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and oversee all financial operations in the North America operations including its subsidiaries
• Ensure full tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across federal and state jurisdictions
• Maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies and procedures aligned with US GAAP and IFRS
• Provide financial insights and business case analysis to support strategic decisions, cost controls, CAPEX planning and business development initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, accountants and legal advisors
• Lead the consolidation of US legal entities
• Manage treasury functions, including daily cash operations and forecasting
• Oversee legal and administrative responsibilities such as HR, labor and commercial contracts, leases and insurance
• Drive timely and accurate financial planning, budgeting, reporting and fast-close monthly processes
• Maintain strong business partnerships, driving strategic execution and project delivery
• Partner with IT to ensure systems and tools (ERP, reporting platforms) are optimized for finance operations
• Report to the parent company and collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
• Lead optimization, automation and streamlining of financial and production processes to improve efficiency and scalability

• Own and lead all day-to-day HR operations including compliance, onboarding, employee relations, terminations and record-keeping
• Oversee and administer benefits programs including health, dental, disability, retirement plans, PTO and required filings
• Support recruiting and hiring processes across roles and levels
• Partner with leadership to design and implement policies, performance reviews and compensation structures
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and support health & safety compliance
• Serve as a trusted advisor and culture champion in a cross-cultural environment (U.S. & EU)
• Oversee resource management, including one assistant
• Conduct and support training programs for managers and employees
• Audit and improve onboarding and training processes, including e-learning and certification tracking
• Work daily in-office at Benbrook/Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; travel occasional up to 10%
