About the role
- Identify internal use cases where AI and automation can bring efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
- Design and implement workflows and integrations (via APIs, no-code tools, or internal systems).
- Experiment with AI models (internal chatbots, copilots, data analysis, content generation).
- Prototype, test, and document solutions to facilitate adoption across teams.
- Measure the impact of projects (time saved, quality improved, adoption rate) and optimize accordingly.
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Ops, and Product teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- A curious and proactive problem-solver who enjoys testing innovative solutions.
- Business-oriented mindset: ability to understand team needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Comfortable with AI and no-code tools, or highly motivated to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills: able to explain complex topics simply and engage non-technical audiences.
- Bonus if experimented with AI and automation tools (e.g. Notion API, Lovable, N8N, Make, Zapier).
- English and French fluency mandatory (C1 level minimum).
- Based in France in Paris, on-site.
