About the role

  • Design and implement intelligent workflows using Notable’s Flow Builder no-code interface and a library of pre-built AI Agents to automate complex healthcare challenges.
  • Elicit customer requirements, design and configure flows in Flow Builder, test and validate configurations, and train customers on using the platform.
  • Support senior team members in managing customer implementations from discovery through delivery, providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure solutions align with customer outcomes.
  • Partner with peers, senior architects, and cross-functional teams to contribute to delivery initiatives and channel customer feedback into product and engineering teams.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement, applying best practices in documentation and project delivery to ensure quality and timeliness of implementations.
  • Build solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes for customers, contributing to measurable results like reduced administrative costs and enhanced staff productivity.
  • Effectively utilize Asana, Confluence, and GitHub to streamline task management, document progress, and ensure timely delivery of customer solutions.
  • Leverage LLMs to create workflow efficiencies and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is required, or a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthtech, enterprise software, solution architecture, or systems integration.
  • Strong foundational technical skills, including a data-driven mindset and proven ability to solve complex problems and learn new frameworks and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset, commitment to learning, proactive approach to seeking mentorship and feedback.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Willingness to meet hybrid requirement of 3 days onsite in San Mateo, CA headquarters.
  • Bonus: Experience with workflow automation tools, scripting languages, or low/no-code platforms.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of health system technologies such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), CRMs, or care coordination tools.
