Lead stakeholder workshops and shadow insurance professionals to map complex underwriting processes
Design and specify API integrations, data flows, and workflow automations tailored to each customer's internal systems and business requirements
Write code, build prototypes, and deploy integrations that connect ResiQuant's AI platform with customer systems
Onboard and train underwriters one-on-one, ensuring adoption across teams of users per customer
Build AI-powered automation tools to streamline implementation and scale processes
Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams, driving features and product roadmap priorities
Travel extensively to work on-site with large insurance companies across the US and present technical solutions to C-suite executives
Own end-to-end customer implementations from technical scoping through deployment, coordinating between customer IT teams and ResiQuant's engineering team
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, technical teams, and end users
Requirements
3-5 years of software engineering experience with strong foundation in APIs, system integrations, and full-stack development
Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background - ability to discuss technical architecture with customer engineering teams
Exceptional customer empathy and communication skills - can explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from analysts to executives
Analytical problem-solving mindset - comfortable abstracting complex business processes into technical specifications
AI tool proficiency - experienced using modern AI tools for automation, prototyping, and productivity
Full commitment to travel and in-person work - willing to be on-site in San Francisco 5 days/week and travel to customer locations weekly
