About the role
- Become a master of Skai platform products and integrations and act as the technical lead for a portfolio of clients.
- Own the entire technical onboarding journey from requirements analysis to project management and implementation.
- Work with Sales and Client Success teams to manage expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Create detailed project plans, QA, documentation, and seek automation and process improvements.
- Partner with other Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, and internal teams to share insights and feedback.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of client-facing experience in digital marketing, with a background in a technical or trafficking role like paid search management or ad operations.
- Hands-on familiarity with web technologies, tracking standards, and the ad tech landscape.
- Comfortable explaining complex topics to a non-technical audience.
- Natural talent for organization and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
