About the role
- Partner with the CRO to define, refine, and operationalize strategic revenue priorities.
- Lead and track execution of high-impact projects across the GTM organization.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and optimize revenue outcomes.
- Facilitate alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success—acting as a bridge between the CRO and leadership teams.
- Manage the cadence of GTM leadership meetings, all-hands sessions, and CRO communications.
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and implementing best practices.
- Represent the CRO in key meetings, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
- Serve as a go-to problem-solver—helping address challenges and keep teams focused on priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with both inside and outside sales management.
- Proven leadership experience building and motivating high-performing sales teams, including monitoring quality assurance and tracking outbound lead generation.
- Track record of leading teams to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Demonstrated accuracy in monthly forecasting (85% or higher) and proficiency using a CRM for forecasting and reporting.
- Strong ability to mentor and coach sales teams on solution-selling strategies.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strategic, consultative, and technically adept approach to sales leadership.
- Experience starting up and building a sales team or department.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across all levels and departments, including hiring and performance management.
