About the role

  • Fully remote team across every US time zone supporting teachers, parents, and early education providers.
  • Drive revenue growth and acquire customers: initiate, scope, and lead cross-functional projects related to customer adoption and retention, focusing on Education & Curriculum products.
  • Lead Education GTM team directing strategy for sales & sales enablement, marketing, events, and customer success in collaboration with central teams.
  • Partner with Finance and VP/GM of Education to develop goals, identify resourcing needs, and improve systems to meet growth plans.
  • Own and manage end-to-end projects impacting the customer journey, collaborating with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations.
  • Develop metrics to run the business, implement, measure, and evaluate impact of customer projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate decision-making and execution by leading key stakeholders and surfacing required information to make critical decisions.
  • Act as a key stakeholder balancing short-term and long-term objectives with a keen eye for the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in growth strategy, marketing, project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Driven strategy, marketing, and operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Led and developed high-performing teams with a strong track record of results and team engagement.
  • Owned cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution, influencing stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling complex programs that deliver measurable impact across revenue, operations, or customer outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in sales strategy and marketing execution, and strong instincts on what moves the needle.
  • A data- and process-driven operator skilled in analytics, critical thinking, and structured decision-making.
  • Operated at both 30,000 feet and in the weeds—shaped the vision and built from scratch.
  • Resourceful, scrappy, and solutions-oriented with urgency.
  • A trusted cross-functional leader who has driven momentum with empathy, integrity, and clear communication.
