Blend product leadership with organizational design to ensure the right teams deliver the right product.
Lead product engagements from discovery to delivery, structure workstreams, and align business, tech, and design stakeholders.
Shape product visions and define roadmaps that deliver business impact and customer value.
Design and implement team structures (e.g., squads, tribes, impact teams) tailored to client maturity and context.
Support clients in setting product OKRs, defining team missions, and aligning incentives with product strategy.
Facilitate workshops and frame complex problems into actionable product hypotheses.
Coach internal and client teams on product ways of working: agile rituals, lean experimentation, backlog management.
Contribute to internal knowledge building around modern product organizations and transformation models.
Requirements
Hybrid strategist-builder who understands consulting rigor and digital product delivery.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity, structure, and velocity to complex environments.
5-8+ years’ experience in top-tier consulting, digital transformation, or product strategy roles.
Experience working on or with product teams (as a PM, PO, or consultant embedded in delivery).
Strong skills in org design, especially around product-centric team structures (squads, OKRs, operating models).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams or advise C-level stakeholders on scaling digital capabilities.
Solid grasp of agile methods, lean startup principles, and user-centric design.
Excellent synthesis, storytelling, and communication skills both in the boardroom and with delivery teams.
