• Key topics include Strategy, marketing, media, customer experience, digitisation of processes and organisations, as well as work on due diligences for investment funds.
• Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
• Collaborate closely with internal and external experts, as well as strategic partners, to gather insights and learn best practices
• Conduct thorough analyses using a hypothesis-driven approach, both on internal topics as well as broader market analyses
• Based on analyses, develop clear and actionable recommendations for clients
• Create the storyline and executive story
• Work closely with the client to create a transformation plan and start implementation.
