Design, build, and scale Project44’s global partner ecosystem. Drive revenue growth through indirect channels—including strategic alliances, technology partners, resellers, systems integrators, and consultants—while ensuring alignment with our overall go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on executive with deep experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or supply chain technology, and a proven record of developing high-performing partner programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Define and execute a comprehensive global partner and alliance strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners across technology, consulting, and reseller channels.
Establish joint value propositions, co-selling models, and go-to-market plans with key partners.
Drive indirect revenue contribution through channels, alliances, and partner-led opportunities.
Implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track partner performance and pipeline impact.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align direct and indirect sales motions.
Build and lead a high-performing global Channels & Alliances team.
Develop scalable enablement programs, incentives, and certifications to ensure partner success.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Work closely with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives.
Partner with Product & Technology teams to ensure technical alignment and integration strategies with ecosystem partners.
Collaborate with Customer Success to drive joint customer adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliances leadership within SaaS, enterprise technology, or supply chain/logistics sectors.
Proven success in building and scaling global channel and alliance programs with measurable revenue impact.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple regions.
Exceptional strategic thinking, execution discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
