Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing coaching and counsel on all people-related matters to enhance team productivity, leadership effectiveness, and retention.
Move between strategic work (organizational design, engagement action planning) and foundational HR tasks (complex employee relations, performance management).
Leverage people analytics and insights for decisions on organizational structure, compensation strategy, succession planning, and business continuity.
Design and execute programs to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture (recognition, engagement, career development).
Partner with leaders on talent and performance management, facilitate difficult conversations, and champion learning and development.
Interpret key people metrics related to staffing, retention, and attrition and deliver data-backed recommendations.
Identify and lead initiatives to improve HR program efficiency and impact; work cross-functionally to solve complex organizational challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
Demonstrated experience coaching senior leaders and managing complex employee relations.
Experience providing guidance on organizational design.
Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders across different departments or functions.
Effective and influential communication skills; ability to build trust across all levels.
Strategic thinking and ability to design and implement high-impact programs.
Resilience and agility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tact and diplomacy handling confidential and sensitive issues.
Preferred: SHRM or HRCI certification.
Preferred: Experience partnering with leadership across Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and/or Technology.
Preferred: Proficiency with Excel and modern HRIS systems.
Preferred: Background supporting HR globally and experience in rapid-growth, global enterprise (5,000+ employees).
