About the role
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from Salesforce, Excel, Tableau and other platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Excel, Tableau and Salesforce
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management and business stakeholders
- Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support regional business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the EMEA region and leverage consulting experience to manage expectations
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable data needs, collaborating with data engineering to design models and enable reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
- Promote data-driven decision-making and drive adoption of dashboards and reporting tools
- Maintain and optimize Tableau, Excel, Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Design and automate Excel-based models for recurring analysis
- Build advanced Tableau and Salesforce dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Provide performance metrics, KPIs, and business health reporting for EMEA
- Support strategic initiatives by providing scenario modeling and forecasting
- Deliver documentation and training for stakeholders using analytics tools
Requirements
- 5–7 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting
- Minimum of 2 years in management consulting or a similar advisory role
- Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and precision
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and data extraction
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros preferred)
- Expertise in Tableau, Looker, and other visualization tools
- Nice-to-have: experience with data warehouses (Snowflake) and data build tools (DBT)
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Skilled at presenting data in a clear and compelling way
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- English fluency required
