Requirements
8+ years in sales, application engineering, customer service, or other customer-facing roles within an engineering company
Engineering degree or higher, ideally with specialization in CFD, FEA, or EM
Professional experience with CAD/CAE software and implementing solutions involving AI
Proven experience demonstrating simulation, PLM, or ERP software to technical experts, management, and executives
Skilled and persuasive communicator, able to engage diverse audiences, build trust, and drive alignment
Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
Collaborative and flexible team player with a big-picture perspective and cross-functional approach
