Partner with powersports, marine and RV original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM executives and decision-makers
Support RFPs and proposals
Demonstrate our portfolio of OEM products to prospective OEMs
Consult with current OEM customers on product adoption and ROI
Act as the primary liaison between OEMs and internal product teams
Work directly with product development, engineering, and implementation teams to design, refine, and deliver OEM-specific solutions
Provide feedback and insights to product management on OEM trends, feature requests, and competitive intelligence
Help shape product development priorities by articulating the voice of the OEM customer
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
3–7 years of experience in a solutions consulting, product specialist, or product management role
Experience in the powersports, marine, RV, or related OEM industries strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal product and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex products and explain them in business terms
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel to OEM sites, industry events, and dealer meetings as required
