Account Manager

• Own the commercial growth agenda for SimScale's top-tier EMEA accounts: build and execute Account Growth Plans that expand SimScale's footprint in annual revenue, product breadth, and organizational reach.
• Drive cross-sell of SimScale's Engineering AI and Physics AI capabilities: introduce and commercialize our AI product line to engineering leaders and technical decision-makers who are already SimScale simulation users.
• Open new doors within existing organizations: identify and engage new business units, departments, engineering teams, and executive sponsors who are not yet part of the SimScale relationship.
• Build executive-level partnerships: establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor at C-level and VP-level, positioning SimScale as a long-term partner in customers' engineering innovation and digital transformation strategies.
• Coordinate a high-performing internal team: collaborate with CSMs, Application Engineers, AEs, SDRs, and CS/Sales leadership to deploy SimScale's full capabilities in service of account growth.
• Generate and manage your own pipeline: conduct structured outbounding within customer organizations, qualify expansion opportunities, and drive deals from first contact to close.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews: facilitate strategic EBRs that position SimScale's roadmap and AI capabilities against customers' engineering ambitions, cementing multi-year partnership value.
• Articulate a compelling cross-product value proposition: tell the story of CAE simulation and Engineering AI together; make the case for why SimScale is the platform for the future of engineering, not just a tool for today.

Strategic Account Manager

Compliance

• Maintain Continuous Observation: Uphold our SOC 2 Type II standard using automated monitoring to ensure compliance is a constant state, not an annual event.
• Technical Infrastructure Strategy: Directly satisfy the high-bar technical requirements of ITAR and FedRAMP.
• Bridge the "Speed vs. Standard" Gap: Act as a technical enabler for the Engineering team, designing and implementing controls (e.g., change management, access reviews) that satisfy auditors but don’t bottleneck our Engineering or DevOps teams.
• Lead Global Expansion: Architect and execute the technical and procedural implementation of TISAX, ITAR, and FedRAMP.
• GDPR Stewardship: Act as the internal authority on privacy, ensuring our data mapping and PIAs remain current without adding unnecessary friction.
• Customer Trust & Sales Support: Join calls with customer Infosec counterparts and handle technical vendor questionnaires to prove our security posture can be trusted by the world’s most demanding organizations.
• Individual Contributor Ownership: Act as a "department of one". You will write the policies, perform the risk assessments, and manage the audits yourself.

Principal Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Architect

• Own SimScale's flagship strategic pursuits at Forbes Global 2000 industrial customers
• Sit across from Fortune 500 CTOs and walk out with a steering committee
• Build the playbook for the next 10 enterprise wins - and the team that runs it
• Direct partnership with founders and CRO; full visibility to the board

VP Enterprise Sales

• Be the founding member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function
• Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises
• Partner directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on the shift from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design
• Build the C-level engagement playbook - and the team underneath it as the function scales
• Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes, with full visibility to founders and CRO

Director Enterprise Sales

Customer Success Manager

• Act as a trusted advisor to VP, Directors, Executives and Engineering Champions
• Own the end-to-end commercial health of your customer cohort
• Lead Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) and QBRs
• Proactively identify 'at-risk' accounts through data-driven health monitoring
• Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' internally and collaborate with Marketing to turn successful customers into public advocates
