About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the founding member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function
- Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises
- Partner directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on the shift from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design
- Build the C-level engagement playbook - and the team underneath it as the function scales
- Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes, with full visibility to founders and CRO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting
- Demonstrated industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy)
- Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders
- Strong executive presence; consultative selling instincts
- English required, German strong plus; willing to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts
