About the role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM executives and decision-makers
  • Partner with sales teams to support RFPs and proposals
  • Demonstrate our portfolio of OEM products to prospective OEMs
  • Consult with current OEM customers on product adoption and ROI
  • Act as the primary liaison between OEMs and internal product teams, ensuring OEM needs are reflected in product roadmaps
  • Work directly with product development, engineering, and implementation teams to design, refine, and deliver OEM-specific solutions
  • Ensure customer needs are clearly documented and communicated to product teams for inclusion in roadmaps and feature enhancements
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and lead solution workshops with OEM stakeholders
  • Support successful solution adoption across OEM and dealer networks
  • Provide feedback and insights to product management on OEM trends, feature requests, and competitive intelligence
  • Help shape product development priorities by articulating the voice of the OEM customer
  • Support OEMs in identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
  • 3–7 years of experience in a solutions consulting, product specialist, or product management role
  • Experience in the powersports, marine, RV, or related OEM industries strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal product and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex products and explain them in business terms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to OEM sites, industry events, and dealer meetings as required
