About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM executives and decision-makers
- Partner with sales teams to support RFPs and proposals
- Demonstrate our portfolio of OEM products to prospective OEMs
- Consult with current OEM customers on product adoption and ROI
- Act as the primary liaison between OEMs and internal product teams, ensuring OEM needs are reflected in product roadmaps
- Work directly with product development, engineering, and implementation teams to design, refine, and deliver OEM-specific solutions
- Ensure customer needs are clearly documented and communicated to product teams for inclusion in roadmaps and feature enhancements
- Demonstrate product capabilities and lead solution workshops with OEM stakeholders
- Support successful solution adoption across OEM and dealer networks
- Provide feedback and insights to product management on OEM trends, feature requests, and competitive intelligence
- Help shape product development priorities by articulating the voice of the OEM customer
- Support OEMs in identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
- 3–7 years of experience in a solutions consulting, product specialist, or product management role
- Experience in the powersports, marine, RV, or related OEM industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal product and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex products and explain them in business terms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to OEM sites, industry events, and dealer meetings as required
