Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and providing work flow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting.
Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
Conduct customer and prospect webinars.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience.
Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales.
Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry.
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations.
Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite or other ERP companies or Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
