About the role
- Be the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the customer within the company.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to develop narratives, launch strategies, and positioning.
- Own and refine the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation of our AI products.
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches, feature rollouts, and vertical solutions.
- Develop high-impact product content – thought leadership, product datasheets, case studies, demos, and sales decks.
- Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy and marketing programs.
- Create tools and training to enable sales and field teams to communicate product value effectively.
- Partner with demand gen, digital, and customer marketing teams to drive awareness, trial, and adoption.
- Represent Simpplr at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings as a product and AI domain expert.
- Define and track key performance metrics for product marketing effectiveness and GTM performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS or AI/ML-focused technology companies.
- Proven experience launching and scaling B2B software or AI-driven products in competitive markets.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- MBA or equivalent business/marketing background is preferred but not required.
- Deep passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their impact on modern business
