About the role
- Own and lead all marketing functions, driving overall marketing strategy and impacting company growth goals
- Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and tactical plan that builds brand awareness, communicates product, and drives lead generation for GTM organization
- Architect strategy: define market segmentation, ideal customer profile, and overall narrative as a strategic partner to the CEO and CRO
- Be brand steward: own Unqork’s brand vision and guide public relations, communications, and thought leadership
- Build the organization: hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Drive full-funnel growth: oversee demand generation, product marketing, content strategy, events, and marketing operations to build a robust and predictable pipeline
- Translate technology into value: leverage technical background to translate platform and AI capabilities into digestible messaging and collateral
- Partner cross-functionally with CEO, CRO, Product, and Sales to align marketing initiatives with GTM strategies and business objectives
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years of leadership, with a proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of marketing complex B2B SaaS solutions, with a deep focus on AI
- A proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling, and market-ready messaging
- Data-driven mindset and a proven ability to use market research to inform strategy
- Hands-on "Builder" mentality with experience scaling companies from the ground up and exposure to mature company practices
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
- AI Experience (nice-to-have): Experience marketing AI-powered products and a strong understanding of how to communicate the value of AI to an enterprise audience
