Business Development Rep

• You will be a part of our Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy team
• Lead our GTM organization to the highest quality, quantity, and velocity of strategic pipeline, engaging and inspiring prospects to transform their business through next-generation application development
• Conduct early-stage discovery to understand complex business challenges, leveraging Unqork’s qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality opportunities enter the funnel
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Value Engineering to bring Unqork’s value proposition to life, focusing on the financial impact of eliminating technical debt
• Fuel the revenue engine through deep account research, analyzing annual reports, industry data, and digital maturity signals to identify compelling triggers for C-Level and Executive engagement.

Account Development Representative

Insurance

• You will report to our Head of Insurance Sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services.
• Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Executive Director, Insurance Sales

Engineer

• Deal Execution & Closure: Working with the field sales organization, take ownership of the "commercial win" by addressing financial hurdles and business-case objections to drive deals to closure.
• Custom Value Modeling: Build defensible, data-driven financial models (TCO, ROI, and NPV) that compare a prospect’s current vendor landscape, potentially failed AI projects, and technical debt against Unqork AI.
• "Outside-In" Benchmarking: Develop proactive business cases using public financial filings (10-Ks) and industry benchmarks to provoke executive interest before deep discovery.
• Champion Coaching: "Arm" internal champions with the narratives and financial data required to defend the Unqork AI business case during internal budgetary reviews and CFO audits.
• Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Consult with the Deal Desk and Product teams to ensure Unqork AI’s commercial models capture the true value delivered while remaining competitive.
• Programmatic Scalability: Build the "Value Playbook"—including self-service ROI calculators and training, along with customer facing business value assessments (BVAs) -- to empower the broader Sales and ADR teams to conduct value conversations independently.
• Renewal & Expansion Safeguarding: Partner with Customer Success to conduct Value Realization Reviews (VRRs) that document proven ROI to secure high-stakes renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Strategic Positioning: Contrast Unqork AI’s codeless architecture against the "AI Productivity Paradox," demonstrating how we avoid the ballooning maintenance costs of AI-generated "spaghetti code."

Lead Value Engineer

DevOps Engineer

• Report to our VP of Engineering
• Observability Architecture & Strategy: Define and own end-to-end observability architecture, establishing standards for instrumentation and telemetry while leading OpenTelemetry adoption.
• Reliability & Operational Excellence: Use telemetry to proactively manage reliability risks, define SLIs/SLOs, and shift the organization from reactive response to proactive engineering.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a Staff-level IC providing architectural guidance and mentorship across SRE, DevOps, and application teams.
• System Insight: Improve how the organization understands system behavior and detects/resolves incidents
• Operational Impact: Directly influence platform uptime, customer experience, engineering velocity, and operational efficiency
• Data-Driven Decisions: Enable better decision-making regarding performance, scalability, and reliability through data

Product Designer

• Report to our VP of Product & Design, and partner closely with our Chief Technology & AI Officer.
• Define Core Mental Models: Establish the system structures for a new AI-enabled IDE, representing projects, modules, components, and services.
• Architect System Logic: Design the IA for complex data workflows, including dependencies, versioning, state, and environments.
• Lead AI-Native Interaction: Design workflows where natural language is the primary interface for generation and iteration.
• Design for AI Reliability: Build frameworks for AI-driven validation and troubleshooting, ensuring human oversight and reversibility are first-class features.
• Bridge Technical Abstractions: Partner with architects to translate complex configuration-driven systems into intuitive developer experiences.
• Scale Enterprise Governance: Ensure the UX supports high-stakes requirements like auditability, compliance, and permissions without sacrificing speed.

Principal Product Designer

Security Engineer

• Multi-Cloud Governance: Monitor and triage security findings across AWS, GCP, and Azure, prioritizing high-risk vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Security Automation: Architect and maintain security automation workflows using Python.
• Posture Management (CSPM): Identify and remediate insecure cloud configurations (e.g., exposed buckets, overly permissive IAM roles, unencrypted data).
• Edge Security: Manage and fine-tune AWS WAF (Web Application Firewall) rules using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Consultative Partnership: Collaborate with Cloud Architects and Developers during the design phase to prevent security debt and ensure "Secure by Design" principles.

Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Application Engineer

• Vulnerability Management: Perform deep-dive manual penetration testing and security assessments on web applications to identify flaws beyond the reach of automated tools.
• Tool Orchestration: Triage and manage results from SAST (Static), DAST (Dynamic), and SCA (Software Composition Analysis) tools, reducing false positives and prioritizing critical risks.
• Code Review: Conduct thorough security code reviews of Node.js applications to identify logic flaws, injection vulnerabilities, and broken access controls.
• Automation: Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive security tasks, integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines, and enhance our internal security tooling.
• Remediation & Partnership: Act as a security consultant for developers, tracking vulnerabilities from discovery through to successful remediation and verification.
• Standardization: Stay current with the OWASP Top 10 and other industry frameworks to ensure our defense strategies evolve with the threat landscape.
