Revenue Operations

• Execute a global RevOps strategy aligned with company growth plans; lead and mentor the RevOps and IS teams.
• Own and refine the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle; ensure process and data integrity across GTM stack, including HubSpot and Planhat; establish data governance frameworks.
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy; partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to design plans that drive growth and retention; build models to evaluate discounting and deal structures; measure GTM performance with KPIs and dashboards.
• Partner with GTM leaders to streamline processes across the customer lifecycle from lead generation to renewal and expansion; drive forecast accuracy, territory planning, and quota setting.
• Manage operational challenges of a distributed global team and support local markets with tailored strategies while maintaining a centralized global structure; design and execute an AI-powered ABM strategy to automate account discovery and prioritization.
