Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM operations
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, where priorities can change quickly based on new information.
- Strong ability to distill insights into dashboards and reports
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or others)
- Builder’s mindset: hands-on, strong track record of building and scaling operations
- Ability to potentially build and manage a team while taking significant ownership of GTM operations
