About the role
- Talk to CPOs and become an expert in the needs these product leaders face, synthesizing insights across signals to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
- Anticipate client needs and synthesize product features to drive client engagement and satisfaction
- Conceptualize, pilot and iterate on offerings that deliver measurable client value and product-market fit
- Create, launch, track and iterate on new value-add features across technology, data, peer connections, events, expert interactions and research publications
- Drive go-to-market efforts from adoption to retention and partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to product usage
- Partner with Sales and Service to scale client impact and position products as essential to client success
- Leverage Gartner’s AI-driven tools to calibrate client-facing value delivery
- Deliver regular updates and insights to stakeholders and product leadership to ensure alignment and visibility
Requirements
- Customer obsession and product craft—demonstrated ability to translate insights into products that delight customers and drive measurable outcomes
- 5-7 years professional experience, with 3-5 years progressive product management experience, ideally in the tech segment
- Strong analytical skills (qualitative + quantitative)
- Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and outputs
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the executive presence to simplify complexity for senior audiences
- Track record of delivering products and programs that solve customer needs and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
