About the role
- Shape the product experience at Abridge, setting a high bar for taste, clarity, and strategic thinking across initiatives
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners and immerse in clinical workflows
- Prototype new ideas and refine existing features, translate ideas into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows
- Advocate for design excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle
- Engage in user research, synthesize insights, and ensure design decisions are rooted in user needs
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience shipping impactful product design in complex domains
- Proven track record of leading significant design initiatives from concept to launch
- High craft bar with strong command of design principles, motion, and prototyping
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly collaborative spirit and a low ego
- Experience with AI/ML products (ideal)
- Experience with Consumer mobile (ideal)
- Enterprise product experience (ideal)
- Must be based out of New York or San Francisco or willing to relocate
- Team is in-person a minimum of 3 days a week
