Take ownership of the full front-end talent acquisition process — from identifying and engaging technical talent, to orchestrating interviews, managing candidate experience, and maintaining impeccable operational discipline.
Work closely with Global Leadership, Technology Directors, and report into the TA Leadership team in Sydney, to build proactive pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and keep our recruitment operations running like a machine.
Requirements
3–6 years’ experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Coordination, or full-cycle TA within Technology Consulting and/or Professional Services.
Proven success in identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates in competitive technical markets.
Exceptional organisational and coordination skills — can manage 10+ pipelines and multiple interview schedules simultaneously without dropping detail.
Highly autonomous — able to self-prioritise and deliver outcomes without constant direction.
Deep understanding of technology roles (Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps, AI, etc.) and the consulting delivery model.
Strong stakeholder communication — able to influence, push back, and manage expectations confidently.
Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Workable, Rippling or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, AI search tools).
Driven by metrics and performance — measured by quality, speed, and candidate experience, not just activity volume.
