About the role

  • Play a key part in delivering DMC’s recruitment strategy
  • Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing clinical talent pipelines
  • Attract high-calibre professionals aligned with our values and quality standards
  • Combine hands-on recruitment with proactive candidate engagement and innovative sourcing campaigns
  • Contribute to strengthening DMC’s employer brand through professional communication
  • Deliver a professional and compliant recruitment service across clinical divisions
  • Support workforce growth plans and ensure recruitment aligns with operational and governance priorities
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (healthcare or clinical strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of pre-employment and compliance requirements (DBS, RTW, registration checks)
  • Experience with GMC and HCPC checks and clinical credentialing
  • Skilled in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and pipeline development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Pinpoint preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Flexible and adaptable, solutions-focused
  • Experience recruiting clinical professionals (Radiologists, Sonographers, GPs and Nurses)
  • Private healthcare recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of employer branding and social media recruitment strategy
  • Graduate degree in Business, HR, or related field
