About the role
- Play a key part in delivering DMC’s recruitment strategy
- Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing clinical talent pipelines
- Attract high-calibre professionals aligned with our values and quality standards
- Combine hands-on recruitment with proactive candidate engagement and innovative sourcing campaigns
- Contribute to strengthening DMC’s employer brand through professional communication
- Deliver a professional and compliant recruitment service across clinical divisions
- Support workforce growth plans and ensure recruitment aligns with operational and governance priorities
- Maintain professional communication with candidates
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (healthcare or clinical strongly preferred)
- Understanding of pre-employment and compliance requirements (DBS, RTW, registration checks)
- Experience with GMC and HCPC checks and clinical credentialing
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and pipeline development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Pinpoint preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Flexible and adaptable, solutions-focused
- Experience recruiting clinical professionals (Radiologists, Sonographers, GPs and Nurses)
- Private healthcare recruitment experience
- Knowledge of employer branding and social media recruitment strategy
- Graduate degree in Business, HR, or related field
