Post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and online platforms to maximize visibility. Coordinate and schedule interviews, including managing logistics and international travel where required. Conduct initial application reviews and telephone/video interviews for designated roles. Assist with planning, organizing, and delivering assessment centres and recruitment events. Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, and AI-driven sourcing tools. Engage with potential candidates via social media and professional networks to build connections and promote opportunities. Apply advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) to identify and attract qualified profiles. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Track and report sourcing effectiveness, including conversion rates of passive candidates into applicants. Leverage employee referrals and external networks to expand candidate reach. Actively promote the company’s employer brand both online and offline to attract top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Re-engage past applicants by sharing new opportunities aligned with their skills and experience. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role within a Talent Acquisition team or a Recruitment Agency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A motivated, proactive, and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Interest or previous experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools is desirable.
