• Take ownership of the full front-end talent acquisition process — from identifying and engaging technical talent, to orchestrating interviews, managing candidate experience, and maintaining impeccable operational discipline.
• Work closely with Global Leadership, Technology Directors, and report into the TA Leadership team in Sydney, to build proactive pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and keep our recruitment operations running like a machine.

EMEA Talent Sourcer, Coordinator

QA Engineer

• Work on a range of projects for our enterprise clients.
• Responsible for the strategy, implementation and delivery of high-quality software and platform solutions.
• Embedded into Simple Machines engineering teams, working closely with engineers and alongside our clients.
• Drive quality standards and provide advice and execution support on all things Quality and Testing.

Controller

• Deliver accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting across all operating regions.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including intercompany reconciliations and consolidations.
• Oversee statutory compliance, tax, and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Drive systems improvement and automation initiatives, collaborating with internal technology teams to enhance process efficiency and insight.
• Introduce and champion AI-driven solutions within finance to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Reporting into the Group Finance Director, supervise a small finance team, fostering development and excellence.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Act as delegate for the Director of Finance when required.
