Develop and execute media plans across digital channels both Internal and external (Facebook, Google, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) to meet online paid marketing media strategies.
Source, evaluate, and manage KOLs/influencers to support campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and measurable impact.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient use of spend.
Analyze media performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to maximize acquisition performance.
Collaborate with campaign marketing, creative, and business development teams to align media strategy with campaign or merchant objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, media vendors, agencies, and partners.
Prepare reports and present campaign performance to management.
Requirements
Solid understanding of digital media metrics such as CAC, CPI, CTR and CPC
Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic DSPs)
Experience in KOL/influencer sourcing and campaign management
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze numbers and turn them into insights
Good communication skills in Thai and English
Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and delivering measurable results
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and pacing for media spend
