About the role

  • Assist in developing engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Support campaign planning and execution to drive brand awareness and engagement for paid marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in the US market.
  • Help manage and monitor digital campaigns (email, paid ads, and social).
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
  • Support content optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and organizing online/offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and community events.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and promotional activities.
  • Provide day-to-day project support to the General Manager (GM).
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and research as required.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
