About the role
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing plans for service rollouts, enhancements, and campaigns.
- Define and refine value propositions and positioning for service offerings.
- Build and maintain ICP, buying personas and messaging frameworks across EverHealth product portfolio.
- Support Sales Enablement by creating and maintaining sales collateral and training materials.
- Serve as internal expert on market trends and competitive dynamics and advise leadership.
- Manage and maintain third-party competitive intelligence tools and databases.
- Conduct and synthesize market research including customer interviews, surveys and roundtables.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to infuse Voice of the Customer across marketing channels.
- Review and analyze performance of product marketing campaigns using key metrics.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reports to present campaign findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and refine Product Marketing methodologies and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in product marketing.
- Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare Services or B2B SaaS background strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Strong technical acumen to understand and articulate product feature/benefits across multi-product portfolio.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States.
